About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
