Ontario INC. is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the administration of our office services, including coordination of logistics, procurement, and communication with various stakeholders. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources
- Managing records and data to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office software and equipment
