About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that our food quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve our menu items to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner, and that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
