About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Menbow Ramen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet the high standards of our brand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
