About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Menbow Ramen Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our unique ramen bar concept.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
