About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Royality Pizza & Chicken Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers, while ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Chef Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Staff Development

Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as customer service skills.

Supply Chain Management

Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

English language proficiency.
