Optical Retail Leader - Oakville, ON

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Optical Retail Leader to join our team at LensCrafters in Oakville, ON. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and opticians to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of sales associates and opticians to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
* Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales and customer service skills
* Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
* Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

**Requirements**

* 1+ year of experience in a retail management role
* Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
