Optical Retail Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at LensCrafters in Oakville, ON. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and opticians to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of sales associates and opticians to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and customer service strategies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates and opticians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Anticipate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of management or supervisory experience in a retail or optical environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of optical products and services.
