Sales Role SummaryThe Strategic Enterprise Sales Lead, responsible for growing market share within Canada, will work collaboratively with our largest accounts and the Customer Relationship Partner team to drive growth and adoption of new services.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage
- Financial Performance: Meet quarterly and annual financial targets
- Sales Channel Development: Develop direct sales channel through account-based sales model and cold outreach strategy
- Solution Selling: Sell well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels
- Business Representation: Enthusiastically represent LifeWorks in business presentations, relationships, community efforts, and general networking activities
- Broker Relationships: Develop new broker channel relationships and influence their decision-making processes
- Candidate Communication: Communicate professionally, crisply, and confidently; must be able to passionately articulate the LifeWorks business proposition and ROI model
- Sales Cycle Management: Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting
