Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Reliable and able to work 30-40 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operations team.

The primary language of communication is English.
