About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Pinnacle Construction Limited. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Travel Arrangements
    • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document Management
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Health and Wellness
    • Ensure that all employees have access to dental and healthcare plans.
