Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Compliance Professional to lead assigned teams with all QA compliance tasks associated with the migration of existing clients from GWS to the new warehouse management system. The successful candidate will own compliance tasks, provide quality and regulatory requirements, and promote issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning compliance tasks associated with system migration
  • Providing quality and regulatory requirements for standard procedures
  • Promoting issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvements
  • Assisting with creation, revision, and approvals of controlled documents
  • Investigating non-conformances and providing proactive strategies for preventing recurrence
  • Change control management and quality and regulatory compliance guidance
  • Direct report responsibilities, including risk assessment, task delegation, performance evaluation, and skills development
  • Conducting regular inspections and record-keeping, including summarization and reporting of findings
Requirements
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industry experience preferred
  • Quality assurance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in science-related field required
  • QPIC/AQPIC designation preferred
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
