As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering integrated therapy services to clients in their homes. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who can bring their expertise in therapy services to our clients. You will be part of a diverse team that values inclusivity, creativity, and critical thinking. Your integrated approach will enable you to assess and develop personalized therapy care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing clients' environments and developing accurate therapy care plans
- Partnering with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and service plans
- Providing complex preventative or corrective actions for various clients with diverse needs
- Exercising creativity and adaptability to solve problems interfering with clients' abilities
