Job Description

The Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our procedures and protocols align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing regulatory information related to our products, including product specifications and certificates of analysis.
  • Creating Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) according to Health Canada requirements for non-hazardous products.
  • Coordinating responses to customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary documents.
  • Obtaining End Use statements from domestic and international customers as required.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs, preferably in the food/food chemical sector. A certificate in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
