About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Vancouver, BC (three days per week) or remote for candidates located in Ontario. You'll work closely with our go-to-market team to understand their key business priorities and develop tailored talent initiatives to support them. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your knowledge of best practices and employment law alongside your deep understanding of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data insights from our industry-leading people analytics platform to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead talent projects and initiatives that align with the go-to-market team's priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted talent strategies that drive growth and performance.
Requirements

We're seeking an experienced HR professional with:

8+ years of progressive experience in HR, including directly applicable experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A proven track record of strategic partnership and consultation to help organizations achieve results.Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills.Experience working in tech and understanding SaaS company business models.What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range between $110,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
