Strategic Talent Consultant for Go-to-Market Teams

Visier, the leader in people analytics, is embarking on an exciting new chapter in its growth story. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior People Business Partner, working closely with our go-to-market teams in North America and EMEA.
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and partnership to senior leaders across multiple countries, helping them develop a high-performance sales culture. You will also manage employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your existing knowledge of best practices and employment law alongside your deep understanding of business priorities, your creative thinking and consultation skills.
We value data-driven decision-making and want you to help us leverage our industry-leading people analytics platform to make better decisions. You will lead talent projects and initiatives, including identifying opportunities to elevate employees and drive better business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including directly applicable experience as an HR Business Partner or other role providing direct partnership. A relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
