Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Millie Financial LTD. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executives and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our executives, including preparing agendas, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with departmental and corporate officials, as well as with other organizations and associations.
  • Research: Conduct research to support the development of policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including conferences and meetings.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
