Farr Mechanical Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to meet the needs of the team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Set up and maintain Google Drive and other project management software
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Experience with project management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
