Farr Mechanical Corporation is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience and a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

Other key responsibilities include answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, you will provide customer service and have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Project management software.

Work setting for this position is in Construction.
