Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with division leaders and lead strategic planning initiatives to achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You'll work hand-in-hand with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and create competency-based interviews that will leave candidates eager to join our team.

You'll also be tasked with developing engaging onboarding programs that will make every new hire feel like they're stepping into an exciting adventure. Additionally, you'll dive headfirst into talent reviews, succession planning, and dynamic talent retention initiatives to ensure that our organization is always filled with top-notch and high-spirited individuals.

You'll get to create individual development plans that will guide operations through their own personal growth journeys, helping them reach new heights of success. Along with that, you'll lead action plans for annual engagement surveys, orchestrating the survey experience to compel employees to share their thoughts and ideas.

You'll also coach operations on imperative health, safety, and compliance practices, ensuring that everyone stays safe and has a great employee experience. Moreover, you will be in charge of employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a harmonious and vibrant work environment.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources management
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
  • Vehicle for transportation and extensive local travel
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
