Job Title: Human Resources Advisor - Strategic Talent Development

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity within The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a seasoned Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Markham, Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local organizational change initiatives, driving talent management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Local Organizational Change Initiatives: Work closely with the HRBP Manager to drive strategic change initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Support the HRBP Manager in developing and implementing performance management and talent development programs, ensuring a robust and engaging employee experience.
  • Local HRBP Support Activities: Partner with the HR Centre Of Excellence to deliver learning and development initiatives, facilitate the rollout of various HR training programs, and support the generation of HR metrics to inform workforce planning decisions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure adherence to our recruitment process, identifying top talent to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL certification an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR management or a related field, preferably within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, high learning agility, problem-solving capabilities, data analysis, and decision-making expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, including Oracle/SAP knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
