About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ECOF Cleaners LTD. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for our cleaning services, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are able to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
  • Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, recommend or arrange for additional services required, assist cleaners in performing duties, co-ordinate work activities with other departments, establish work schedules.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability.
