About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at RI Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Services: Oversee the coordination of cleaning services, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to protect our staff, clients, and facilities.
  • Communicate with Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Language: English
