Position Overview

The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor at LAA CLEANING 88 CORP. plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of cleaning personnel and ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
