Position Overview

AMHAR Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
