Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Best in the West Commercial Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend additional services to clients as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
