About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Super Bright Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services, including painting, repair work, and equipment maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to help them perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
