Position Overview

AMHAR Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
