Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Professional to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to clients who require support with various aspects of daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Administering medication as required
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid PSW certification or equivalent
