Job Description

As a healthcare professional in our community nursing team, you will have the chance to exercise your full scope of practice, pursue specialization, and champion innovative health care programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
  • Providing exceptional nursing services to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinics, retirement homes, and schools
  • Communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle, as regular travel is required
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • A current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test
