In our Cambridge Canada office, beBee Professionals is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team.
Job Summary:We are looking for an RPN with a strong commitment to quality patient care to provide nursing services in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a valid RPN license in Canada and completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure quality care delivery.
- Medication Administration and Monitoring: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' vital signs to report any changes in condition.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- A valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
