Your Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a member of our community team, you will have the opportunity to practice within your full scope, pursue specialization, and champion award-winning healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services.
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals as part of our interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.
Requirements
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- CPR Certification.
- Current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test.
- A current vulnerable sector check and clear background check.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
