Job Overview
This executive role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to our national expansion plans. As a Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and forging relationships with potential franchisees, harnessing technologies to discern market trends, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. You will also have access to continuous learning, mentorship, and professional evolution opportunities within our innovative and growth-centric brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead franchise growth in Canada, identifying and engaging potential franchisees.
  • Harness technology to analyze market trends, unearth franchise opportunities, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains globally competitive.
  • Negotiate and seal franchise agreements that align with our brand's values and standards.
  • Pursue strategic discussions with the CEO, crafting and executing franchising blueprints for Canada.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
  • Monitor the Canadian real estate market, staying informed of trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Represent our brand at national and international real estate events.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law, along with 3+ years of business development experience, preferably on a global level. Your innate technological acumen, impeccable deal-making skills, and internationally attuned approach will be invaluable assets in this position.
