About Our Franchise Growth Initiative

Our mission is to identify and forge ties with potential franchisees, leveraging the latest technologies to discern market trends and unearth franchise opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead our brand's expansion in Canada by identifying and forging ties with potential franchisees.
  • Harness cutting-edge technologies to monitor market trends, discover new opportunities, and streamline the onboarding process for new franchisees.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally competitive.
  • Negotiate and secure franchise agreements that align with our brand's values and standards.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with our CEO, developing and executing franchising blueprints for Canada.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
  • Stay abreast of Canadian real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably with a global focus.
  • Innate technological acumen and a willingness to leverage modern business tools.
  • A track record of successful deal-making and negotiations.
  • Internationally attuned, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse clients.
  • A positive outlook and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
