Job Description

GEMSYS is a leader in sales and service of cash automation solutions across Canada, focusing on retail customers, including operators in QSR, grocery, retail, and C-Store sectors. We are expanding into the GTA market and seeking a Business Development Manager to develop business in the eastern section.

This role involves generating sales in a defined territory, requiring a highly motivated hunter with next-generation cash management solutions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable discussing business benefits with franchise owners and the C-Suite, with the primary objective of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in retail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
