Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Business Development to join our team at Integrated Marketing Platform Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through senior-level B2B sales and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating their own sales, experience in recruitment and motivating a sales team, and a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Marketing Consultants to drive business growth and revenue
- Regularly communicate with Marketing Consultants to motivate and assist with strategy and providing insights
- Visit customers with Marketing Consultants as required to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Confidence in generating new contacts, crafting personalized emails, and communicating with potential clients
- Responsible for identifying opportunities within our CRM system and utilizing customer relations management and business development tactics to drive growth
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
Good knowledge of MS Office is required, and the ability to utilize a combination of web research, prospecting, and email tactics with a hunter mentality to seek new business.
