We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining payroll records and filing documents
- Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports
- Assisting with the preparation of payroll tax returns
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Assisting with the implementation of new payroll systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
