Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the migration of clients onto QuickBooks Online and troubleshoot complex issues impacting the migration and customer experience.
Key duties will include resolving escalated technical issues, verifying customer satisfaction with the resolution, and working on projects that provide insights and learnings on customers' behavior to continuously improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QB Desktop/QBO Payroll
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Payroll experience and education in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably with certification
