We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting our services to small and medium-sized businesses across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide value-added services, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
