Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Coordinator to join our team in this key role, supporting our administrative functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing and solving problems independently, escalating complex issues to senior management as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
