  1. Habitat Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing administrative support to office operations.
  2. This role will involve coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  3. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. The job will also involve assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  5. Key responsibilities will include assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  6. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  7. The successful candidate will also oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with established procedures.
