Administrative Services Coordinator

- Habitat Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing administrative support to office operations.
- This role will involve coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The job will also involve assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Key responsibilities will include assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- The successful candidate will also oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with established procedures.
