Administrative Services Coordinator

Habitat Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing office services, coordinating staff activities, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Description:- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. You will also coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
You will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You will also have knowledge of administrative procedures and practices, as well as experience with payroll administration.
