Job Opportunity at AMANST Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a contract opportunity with the Province of New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a detailed review of existing business requirements and collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.
  • Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and IT requirements, including gap analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project.
Requirements and Experience:
  • University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, and detailed design activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in health information systems and/or healthcare operations.
  • Availability to start work on or about the specified date.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, and detailed design activities.
  • Facilitation skills, including experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams supporting multiple projects at a time.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and Atlassian JIRA.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

The successful candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Onboarding and Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.
