We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a contract opportunity with the Province of New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a detailed review of existing business requirements and collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.
- Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and IT requirements, including gap analysis.
- Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project.
- University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, and detailed design activities.
- Demonstrated experience in health information systems and/or healthcare operations.
- Availability to start work on or about the specified date.
- Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, and detailed design activities.
- Facilitation skills, including experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements.
- Ability to work with multiple teams supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and Atlassian JIRA.
- Verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
The successful candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Onboarding and Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.
