  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Cognos/Impromptu.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training guides, user manuals, and system support documentation.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Business Analysis Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, use case analysis, and detailed design activities.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience working in the IM/IT field, with a focus on health analytics or health reporting database systems.
  • Certifications: Business Analyst Certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-ECBA.
