Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and meet business needs.
  • Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met and that solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in a business analysis or process improvement role.
  • Facilitation Skills: Experience facilitating workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and communicate solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Atlassian JIRA.

Language: English (French is an asset)
