Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, use cases, and system requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and document business needs, system requirements, and use cases.
  • Analyze and document workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to and document training guides, system support documentation, and tools.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, use case analysis, and detailed design activities.
  • Experience working in the IM/IT field, with a focus on healthcare analytics or health reporting database systems.
  • Business Analyst certifications, such as IIBA-CBAP or IIBA-ECBA.
