As part of our esteemed Acute Inpatient Medicine Program, you will have the opportunity to work with patients requiring nephrology-focused care on our 9 East Unit.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing compassionate care. With a focus on nephrology, experience in peritoneal dialysis, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis is essential. A strong background in patient health teaching, medication administration, and wound care dressing is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,929 - $37,466 per annum, commensurate with experience. This comprehensive compensation package ensures our nurses are fairly recognized for their expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a diploma in Registered Practical Nursing from a recognized institution, hold current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and maintain BCLS certification. One year of recent medical experience, preferably in nephrology, is required, along with completion of Nephrology 1 and 2 or current enrollment. Basic computer skills, particularly with Meditech, are an asset.
