Your Role

As a Registered Practical Nurse on our 9 East Nephrology Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those requiring dialysis and other nephrology-focused treatments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment, preferably with a focus on nephrology. Additionally, you should have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
