Restaurant Operations Manager
At Almadina Bistro Inc., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
